At Rare and Ready, we use our best endeavours to ensure all hampers are prepared, dispatched, and delivered in a way that leaves all parties comfortable, excited, and satisfied with their experience.
Our returns and refunds policy complies with Australian Consumer Law and outlines clear guidelines for deliveries, cancellations, refunds, and returns in accordance with the Australian Trade Practices Act. Your statutory consumer rights cannot be excluded, and our policy operates alongside these guarantees.
- We accept returns and provide remedies where a product is faulty, damaged, or not as described, as required under Australian Consumer Law. Change‑of‑mind returns are not automatically accepted and may be considered at our discretion.
- For shipping, we require Australia Post’s Signature on Delivery service as a mandatory safeguard. This includes handling and insurance in line with Australia Post’s nationwide standards. Once parcels are lodged with Australia Post, delivery timeframes, handling, and transit conditions fall under their responsibility.
- We take all reasonable steps to package and dispatch orders with care; however, we are not liable for delays, loss, or damage caused by postal carriers, weather events, or other external factors outside our control. Any delivery issues will be managed in accordance with Australia Post procedures and Australian Consumer Law.
